Serving since 2009, Thakur has been re-elected multiple times, establishing himself as a prominent youth leader and development-focused politician in the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly. He has previously held key positions such as Chairman of CIDCO and President of the Raigad District Youth Congress Committee.
